Return Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at tara.cavell87@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If the item you received is damaged or wrong, please email us a photo and description of the problem within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct international exchanges. If you need a different item, return the order and place your order.
